Coton Campsite is located just north of Rugby. Please note the A426 is a busy main road; please only enter the site from the North and leave heading South [never take a right turn into or out of the site].

The site is normally open from 1st April to 31st October

All booking are at the discretion of Rugby District Scout Council

Advance Booking is required. Early booking is recommended.

Coton Campsite is a basic campsite with no electricity, hot water or showers. There is hot water available at the washing up area.

Toilets have battery lights, a generator can be hired for lighting if required. The first tank of fuel is included with generator hire

Access by campsite wardens may be required during your visit. Maintenance teams may be completing tasks during you visit

Sole booking can be accommodated on request when appropriate

Any breakages due to misuse will be charged

Please respect other groups and the campsite

The ‘Shelter’ container usage is included with all bookings and includes free use of any alter fires, tables & chairs stored within

Overnight bookings take priority over evening bookings. For example: a Friday evening session may be cancelled (with suitable notice) to make way for a weekend camp.

Dogs are not permitted on site

Facilities should be left clean and tidy after use. No bleach should be used in the toilets (due to the septic tank)

Grounds should be left tidy. eg please return equipment, spare firewood and piles of sticks to their storage locations.

All organisations using Coton Campsite must have they own relevant activity & liability cover
